The first cafe from Amsterdam specialty roaster Friedhats, opened in 2018 in the Bos en Lommer area of Amsterdam-West (Bos en Lommerweg 136). It pours nearly the full Friedhats range as filter or espresso, including competition-grade lots, alongside pastries, natural wines and craft beer.

A minimalist specialty coffee bar on the quiet Van der Helstplein in De Pijp, opened in 2024 by Ahmad Alshikh (formerly of Keen Coffee). Known for table service, a transparency-focused, sugar-free coffee philosophy and a rotating menu of guest roasters.

A cozy all-vegan bakery and specialty-coffee spot, with its original shop in the Jordaan and a second branch at Bellamyplein in Amsterdam-West near De Hallen. Best known for fully vegan, organic viennoiserie like croissants, pain au chocolat and madeleines.

A specialty coffee roaster and café in Amsterdam's Oud West, near Vondelpark, founded in 2018 and known for seasonal single-origin coffees with close ties to the growers. The light-filled space pairs excellent coffee and signature drinks with a small menu built around artisan local producers, plus a newer bar across the street that adds weekend dinner service.
