A specialty coffee roaster and café in Amsterdam's Oud West, near Vondelpark, founded in 2018 and known for seasonal single-origin coffees with close ties to the growers. The light-filled space pairs excellent coffee and signature drinks with a small menu built around artisan local producers, plus a newer bar across the street that adds weekend dinner service.
In Amsterdam West, Amsterdam. Easy to fold into a morning or a longer afternoon; there's usually something else worth a stop within a few minutes' walk.
Owner is friendly to walk-ins; ask about the off-menu items. Reservations recommended Fri–Sat; walk-ins welcome earlier in the week.
