The first cafe from Amsterdam specialty roaster Friedhats, opened in 2018 in the Bos en Lommer area of Amsterdam-West (Bos en Lommerweg 136). It pours nearly the full Friedhats range as filter or espresso, including competition-grade lots, alongside pastries, natural wines and craft beer.

In Bos en Lommer, Amsterdam. Easy to fold into a morning or a longer afternoon; there's usually something else worth a stop within a few minutes' walk.

Owner is friendly to walk-ins; ask about the off-menu items. Reservations recommended Fri–Sat; walk-ins welcome earlier in the week.
