Daytime coffee bar and eatery on Rådhusstræde in the Latin Quarter, opened in 2017 and modelled on Paris's Coutume, where co-founder David worked as a barista — hence the glass ceiling, blue-striped cushions and generally French-leaning cosiness. Coffee is all La Cabra, including a house Sonny blend, alongside home-baked cakes, sandwiches and green juices for breakfast and lunch. It gets packed with laptops and locals mid-morning; there's a second branch on Frederiksberg Allé if the original is full.
A popular brunch café (part of a Copenhagen chain) in the Nordhavn district, housed in the Audo House on Århusgade, known for its build-your-own seasonal brunch plates and house-baked goods.
A laid-back specialty coffee bar in Copenhagen's Osterbro (Randersgade 45), run by local roaster Prolog (founded 2016, roasting on Refshaleoen). Known for light-roast espresso and filter brews with berry, nut and citrus notes, plus pastries.
A contemporary Italian-inspired café and bakery on Nansensgade in central Copenhagen, opened in 2024 with interiors by FRAMA, known for its croissants, cardamom buns and other artisanal pastries.
An interior-design brand and gallery shop founded by Louise Roe Andersen, with its Louise Roe Gallery (opened 2018, including a café) on Vognmagergade in central Copenhagen, selling vessels, lamps, ceramics, glassware and other home accessories made from European materials.
