Scandi-style bakery-café from Stefano Ferraro, a former Noma pastry chef, and widely cited as home to Milan's best laminated pastries. The cardamom and cinnamon buns and seasonal viennoiserie are the draw, backed by serious specialty coffee including several batch brews. Weekend queues at the original Via Guicciardini spot can approach an hour, so go on a weekday morning or try the larger Via Varesina location. Kitchen runs breakfast and lunch only, closing at 15:00.
